“The most important thing in communication is hearing what isn’t said.” Peter Drucker
Although this is called the conversation stage, we mostly listen. This is a great chance for both of us to start to understand the project objectives and root out any underlying early issues. Many clients at this stage start to discover their priorities and the areas they should focus on to achieve the competitive advantages and benefits transitioning to hydrogen can deliver.
The framework is designed to smooth out and simplify the decision-making process, confirming the project is suitable for transitioning to hydrogen and, in turn, make sure our expertise is compatible for a successful outcome.
At this first framework stage we listen, learn and ask questions. We do not expect you to have lots of facts and figures available, as this stage is solely designed to establish that we are a good fit and the value in progressing to the next stage.
